Terms and conditions for new faces

PURE MODEL Management is a modeling agency that seeks and represents models for both Czech and international markets.

If you think you have an interesting look, we will be very happy if you fill in and send our short form back to us.

If you fulfill the criteria for working with our agency, our employee will contact you within 7 business days. If you didn’t reach the age of 18 yet, do not forget to fill in a contact of your representative that has to accompany you to the meeting in our company.

All the information you provide will only be used for the preselection process of whether you have the potential to cooperate with our agency or not, so we ask you to fill in the actual data in the questionnaire. All data will be stored in electronic form for a period of time strictly necessary to assess your potential, but in a possible maximum length of 6 months.
